Thirty lovely and smart ladies tried their luck in the Miss Resorts World Manila Pageant but only twenty eight made it at the coronation night. The two other candidates were not able to make it due to bad weather.
From the twenty eight, the ladies were narrowed down by twelve. Each candidate picked from a bowl the judge who asked them questions.
The judges then picked the top five with the best answer. Below are the ladies who made it. Sara Meier (the event host) asked the same question to the top five.
They all gracefully answered but it was contestant #17, Princess Angela Abella's answer that made an impact on the judges. Angela took home more than P1 million worth prizes, plus an esteemed beauty feature at Mega Magazine awaits her. Second runner-up goes to Kriza Charisse Argana who brought home P100,000. And first runner-up, Ladylynn Riva, won P250,000.
